Every day, those who work in the Administration<\/strong>, Finance and Control<\/strong> area need to deal with a series of strategic challenges<\/strong>, like using management and business intelligence systems, managing complex international and group relationships, changing national and international accounting principles and managing the cash flow.\u00a0Keeping skills updated around managerial tools<\/strong> and approaches is turning out to be increasingly important in order to go from being simply accountants and mere agents of decisions taken by others to actual \u00a0\u201cbusiness partners\u201d of the Top Management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Within this framework, the course allows approaching the topics that are critical for the function<\/strong>, to coordinate it at best with wide-ranging expertise, in a very pragmatic way. At the same time, those who wish to gain a vertical vision on specific aspects can make use of the meetings with experts and professors on current issues<\/strong> (business analytics, tools for budgeting and the consolidated financial statements, the transfer pricing, management of company re-structuring, cash management, due diligence, just to mention a few).<\/p>\n

The course features 4 modules<\/strong>, and each is focused on one of the 3 areas described below (Administration, Finance and Control), to which is added a module focused on data analysis and visualization.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s possible to enroll for the entire course or for individual modules. Every module features a series of \u201cBricks<\/strong>\u201d, lectures on fundamental topics for that given area, and \u201cChats and Views<\/strong>\u201d, occasions on which highly-experienced practitioners will discuss top current topics.<\/p>\n

The program is divided into\u00a08 on-campus days <\/strong>and 11 online evening sessions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The on campus lessons will be available both online and in-presence, so as to combine the flexibility of online with the possibility of meeting the other participants and lecturers in-presence.<\/strong> The online lessons will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, the blended lessons on Friday morning and afternoon.<\/p>\n

The teaching approach is \u201chands-on\u201d, centered around currents issues and based on the discussion of business cases and professional experiences.<\/p>\n
