The\u00a0<strong>Chief Information Officer<\/strong>\u00a0is becoming a multi-faceted figure who, by leading the \u00a0<strong>Digital Transformation<\/strong>\u00a0and the provision of IT services, supports the business in defining the strategy and in the transformation of the organization towards\u00a0<strong>more competitive functioning models<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Executive Program in IT Governance &amp; Management provides the tools and the managerial skills for the following activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>enabling the Digital Transformation by <strong>innovating the models of provision of <\/strong>IT services<\/li>\n<li>integrating the planning and provision processes for the IT Services with the Business<\/li>\n<li>identifying and implementing efficiency and effectiveness indicators<\/li>\n<li>managing changes by reducing \u201crejection\u201d risks<\/li>\n<li>managing <strong>IT outsourcing contracts <\/strong>\u00a0to adapt with flexibility to the changing needs of the Business in terms of scope, service level and working method<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The IT Governance &amp; Management Executive Program has been devised to combine technical know-how and organization, considering ICT as the circulatory and neuralgic systems of the company.<\/p>\n<p>Attending this program means taking a significant step on the growth journey within one\u2019s function. The lectures held by a faculty consisting of university professors, consultants and business managers are further enriched by the exchange of views and opinions with the other participants and with IT experts belonging to companies that are active in different industries.<\/p>\n<p>The IT Governance &amp; Management Executive Program course consists of \u00a0<strong>16 days of classroom lectures <\/strong>\u00a0(Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays), five months in total.
